General Terms

You must be able to read and understand English and be at least 18 years old, or at least 13 years old with parental consent (most surveys/offers require you to be 16+). You may NOT use a proxy server or an anonymizer service to gain referrals under your own account, as they will not be counted. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer IP must not be shared with another computer and you must use your own real information when filling out information on offers and on registering with us. There is zero-tolerance for using false phone numbers, false addresses, false names, etc. Cookies MUST be enabled, make sure they are not blocked. Fraudulent users are NOT welcome here. Earn Free Points Redeem Rewards relies on the honesty of all parties in order to remain an asset to all users. In order to ensure this honesty, to the best of our ability, we closely monitor our site for fraud and abuse. This means that if you engage in fraudulent activity, as determined solely by us, your account will be CLOSED and any points you have earned will be lost!

Limitation of Liability

FreebiePoints.com will not be liable for lost profits or business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or our program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, we aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Spam

Spamming is a criminal act. If you spam others or are emailing them without their consent with your referral link you will have your account suspended immediately and will lose all points acquired as well. Do NOT spam!!

Privacy Policy

FreebiePoints.com strives to develop innovative services to better serve our users. We recognise that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. The following principles apply to the personally identifying information we ask for and that you provide. "Personally identifying information" is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address , IP or email address.

Data collection

We collect limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This log information includes your Internet Protocol address. Upon your first visit here, a cookie is sent to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. A "cookie" is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, our features or services may not function properly without cookies, as that is what we use to validate and award points to your own unique account.

Fraud

Using fraudulent information to complete offers and/or completing offers with fraudulent intent will result in the member's account being deleted without notice and in a relinquishment of all monies in the account. Fraud includes, but is not limited to, the following: using stolen credit cards to complete offers; using false information to complete offers; using information that is not one's own to complete offers; using prepaid gift and/or credit cards to complete offers; completing the same offer multiple times; canceling offers and/or trials prior to receipt of product and/or service. At this time, we are NOT accepting members from China, Russia or India because of high levels of fraud and so we have no surveys available to those countries. We apologize for this and hope things can change in the future.

Redeeming

Gift cards/gift vouchers are usually emailed out after 30-45 days of the request form being sent by the member. This gives us time to check your account to verify that all offers were completed. We do NOT pay out in the following circumstances: to any members with incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent account information. In some cases we may require additional time than above indicated for your request to be processed. Thus, offers completed during a prior month may not always be confirmed and sent the following month, as there are sometimes delays. By participating on this site, users understand and acknowledge that no reward shall be sent until the survey offers completed have been confirmed by our advertisers. Important note: Once the gift certificate/card has been sent to your email, you have up to 31 days (one month) to redeem it. If it is NOT redeemed within this time period, then your account will be marked as dormant and the certificate claim code will be invalid. They will not be resent, so please check your spam folder to make sure the email notification doesn't get lost!!

Additional Terms

We will occassionally send emails to you regarding special offers, contests and bonus point giveaways, and by registering to this site you agree to receive such emails. We will never spam you and anything sent to you will directly be of interest as a freebie points site member. Also, please note that the mobile survey offers (the ones where you enter your cell phone number) usually charge a small subscription fee to play the trivia game, which is billed through your service provider.
